
A gentle, supportive pregnancy yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and feel held through every stage of pregnancy.
Pregnancy has a way of slowing you down and speeding you up all at once. These weekly classes offer space to soften, reconnect with your body, and prepare both physically and emotionally for birth.
Each session includes:
• Safe, prenatal-friendly movement
• Breathwork to support pregnancy and labour
• Nervous system calming and deep rest
• A warm, welcoming community of other mums-to-be
This class is part of our 6-Week Pregnancy Yoga offering, which begins on Tuesday 6th January, runs for six weeks, and then continues on a rolling basis. You can start at any point and use your six sessions flexibly.
