Prayer beads workshop with Turquoise Mountain

Join Turquoise Mountain for a hands-on workshop making traditional prayer beads. Explore the meaning behind a timeless object and the artistry of olive wood turning, mother-of-pearl carving and glass blowing — all crafts deeply rooted in Palestinian heritage.

Guided by master jeweller Samer Qattan, participants will assemble their own unique prayer beads using hand-turned olive wood beads, mother-of-pearl accents, hand-blown glass beads and fine silver chains. Each ticket includes a kit for making one set of prayer beads.
