Power Yoga

This will be an hour long all levels yoga class, inspired by vyniasa and power yoga styles.

Please wear comfortable clothes, and if you own a mat please bring one with you. If you do not have a yoga mat, we should be able to provide one for you at the centre.

This class will include more dynamic movements, and moments for relaxation.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. There is a bathroom for students who need to change in the building. Once you arrive at the building, please ring at the Top Room to enter the building (Bonnington Centre) to the left of the cafe.
