This one-off event brings together Chef Ranjini, a rising South Indian chef in London, and Bodha Drinks, known for curating non-alcoholic drinks designed to pair with food.
This Pongal Supper Club is a curated 15-dish South Indian tasting menu, inspired by traditional Pongal cooking and presented as a relaxed yet premium dining experience.
Guests will enjoy a 15-dish Pongal tasting menu showcasing the depth and variety of South Indian cuisine. The menu includes black-eyed bean vada with coconut chutney, ven pongal, chicken varuval, varaipoo vada made from banana flower, a selection of vegetable preparations, slow-cooked curries, rice dishes, rasam, sambhar, and cooling yoghurt-based courses.
The meal concludes with a traditional dessert course featuring payasam and sakkarai pongal, prepared slowly for a celebratory Pongal feast.
This is a generous tasting menu designed for a leisurely Sunday lunch and to leave guests well fed.

Chef Ranjini is a South Indian chef shaping London’s contemporary dining scene. She trained at Tamarind in a Michelin-starred kitchen and later worked at Sparrow in Lewisham, which was listed in the Michelin Guide. Her cooking draws from the flavours of Tamil Nadu, delivered through a refined, ingredient-focused approach. She now works as a consultant chef across a range of restaurants, helping develop menus with clarity and confidence.
Bodha creates flavour-forward, non-alcoholic drinks designed to sit naturally alongside food. For this supper club, Bodha is curating a non-alcoholic pairing flight created specifically for the menu.
