Pole Dance for Moms

Shitty Mom Guide in collaboration with Embrace Dance Studios is hosting a Pole Dance for Moms class. This event will be for complete beginners who have never touched a pole in their life, so DON'T WORRY - we're alllll in the same boat.

If you've EVER said to yourself that you wanted to try pole dancing - grab a friend because IT IS TIME!!! It's also the new year and I promise you this will be the best workout of your life (that doesn't feel like one).


The tickets are sold in pairs, so go hit up that one friend who you know will be down. This event will include:

- A great workout - warm up + basics + a couple cute poses
- Cute photos (if you want them!)
- Really cool people who are probably also slightly intimidated but shouldn’t be because everyone will also be a 100% beginner and NO you do not need to be able to do a pullup to attend
