Celebrate Earth Day with a cooking workshop centered on science, cooking, and honoring iconic foods native to Oregon and the PNW.

To celebrate Earth Day and this beautiful land we reside on, join us for an afternoon of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, engagement and education.

In this 1.5 hour PNW foods cooking workshop, you and your little(s) will learn all about foods native to the Pacific Northwest. Learn how to pick dungenous crab, how foragables shaped native cuisine, the best way to cook salmon, and what foods Oregon is now famous for (hint - it's our iconic berry). As we cook, discover how the ecology of our region has shaped the food is provides, the difference between regional salmon varietals, and so much more.
