This October, let’s go pink! 🌸 Slip into your best pink activewear and join us for Pilates in Pink, a special outdoor Mat Pilates session in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF).

🗓️ In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're coming together at UE Square Outdoor Atrium for a feel-good Pilates flow led by experienced and certified instructors from The Moving Body and SmartFit Pilates.

Whether you're a regular on the mat or a total beginner, this gentle session is designed for all levels — and it’s even better with friends and family! 💕
