
We'll be looking at tips, techniques and ways of preserving your harvest throughout the year.
Kate Allen will be introducing the wonderful and alchemical of pickling and preserving with techniques demonstrated including making a fermented sauerkraut, a cider vinegar and a quick pickle.
This is a workshop supported by the Tamara Landscape Scheme, but we do ask for a deposit of £10 per person less eventbrite fees which will be refunded on attending on the day.
Please bring a packed lunch. Teas and Coffees will be provided.
