The class blends gentle flow, strength, and mobility, with options offered throughout so you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Expect mindful sequencing, breath awareness, and time to properly stretch and unwind.
Suitable for all levels, whether you’re completely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. No pressure, no performance, just space to move and breathe.

I want to make sure that everyone is able to practice yoga, so have introduced "pay-what-you-can" tickets for the classes, no questions asked. Yoga mats are not provided, so please do bring your own!
