Pathways After High School Informational Session
Transitioning out of high school can feel overwhelming, but families don’t have to navigate it alone. This after-school session with Bello Machre will provide helpful information about services and supports available after graduation, including waiver programs, residential group homes, and transportation options. We’ll also touch on future planning topics like trusts, Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), and wills, while addressing common myths and misconceptions along the way. This session is meant to inform, reassure, and empower families, teachers, and students as they begin thinking about the next chapter.
