Welcome to our Parent and Baby Yoga event! Join us at Glenurquhart Public Hall on Monday 23rd February at 10:30 AM for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session designed for parents and their little ones. This is a great opportunity to bond with your baby while also taking care of yourself. Our experienced instructor will guide you through gentle yoga poses that are safe and beneficial for both you and your baby. Don't worry if your baby gets fussy or needs a diaper change during the class - we understand that babies can be unpredictable! Just come as you are and enjoy some quality time with your little one. No previous yoga experience is necessary. We look forward to seeing you there!

Spend time with baby and also other parents who are at the same stage with their little ones. These classes have been hugely beneficial to the parents and babies that have attended so far.
