Paint, Move & Flow | A Yoga and Art Experience

Paint, Move & Flow is a creative wellness experience held inside the Museum of Modern Renaissance in Somerville, MA.

This guided experience blends gentle yoga, a guided watercolor art class, and a deeply relaxing sound bath. The flow is designed to help you unwind, move your body, and explore creativity in a calm, inspiring museum setting.

No prior yoga or art experience is needed — all levels are welcome. After the guided portion, guests are invited to stay, connect, and enjoy light refreshments while spending time in the space.

Please bring your own yoga mat. All art materials are provided.
