Are you ready to align your creativity with internal guidance? 🌟 Join us for Paint & Meditate, a sacred gathering at Drum Roll Wine, where artistic expression meets intentional reflection to nurture your spirit and transform your relationship with self.

Led by intuitive healer and artist Jeneva Marie, this is more than a workshop, it’s an opportunity to explore your inner landscape, connect with your sense of abundance, and express your journey through the gentle art of painting.

✨ No art experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to explore!

Through meditation, reflective prompts, and creative expression, you’ll tap into the profound wisdom within you. This workshop provides the space to reflect, release, and create, using the combination of meditation and art to access your subconscious mind, where your true desires await. 🎨✨

You’ll leave the workshop with:

• A powerful piece of art symbolizing your vision.
• Practical tools for integrating your vision into daily life.
• A sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment to move forward.

All materials are lovingly provided. This free-flowing event is open to ages 16 and up.

Paint & Meditate is not an experience for your Sunday’s best, so be mindful of what you wear.

In addition to painting, reflection, and shared exploration, sound healing will be incorporated into this guided journey, adding an additional layer of mindfulness and connection.

Parking: Street parking is available. Please arrive 15 minutes early to find a spot. You can also park at the City Center Parking Garage at 655 S 2nd St, Renton, WA 98057, just a 7-minute walk from Drum Roll Wine. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time to walk to the venue.
