Wilma is a Deaf dancer, known for unapologetically embodying and expressing her sensuality and feminine energy through movement and teaching. Her classes inspire and empower everyone to tap into their innate feminine energy and fully OWN IT!

Attire: Your favorite workout outfits
✅ Tanks, crop tops, sports bras, athletic clothing, t-shirts
✅ Booty shorts, leggings, athletic leggings
Shoes:
✅ Socks
✅ Dance heels
❌ Stillettos (you need ankle support!)
Shoes: Heels are fun to dance in but they are completely optional! Do what you are comfortable with.
Hair: Wear your hair down or in a ponytail for you to whip around.
Makeup: Up to you!
What to bring: Water, yoga mat, and a hair tie in case you need it.
