Addy is a nervous system strategist and a certified Level 2 Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ practitioner, and currently also serves as the inaugural Asia Community Leader for Spinal Energeticsᵀᴹ. She supports clients across Singapore, the region, and also internationally in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting with their innate resilience.
With experience working with diverse bodies and patterns — from chronic stress to freeze states and emotional overwhelm, Addy brings a grounded and somatic approach to her workshops and sessions. Previously having spent over 15 years in the corporate world, she deeply understands the impact of long-term stress on the body and believes in holistic, sustainable healing that honours the full human experience.
