A Gentle Space for Sound Healing for Nervous System Reset, Reflection, Community Sharing & Support, Guidance rooted in Yoga Philosophy & Psychology
Overcoming burnout has been a years-long dance for me since 2018, from life as a college student, office worker, and as a solopreneur.
Some might think burnout is merely due to lack of self-care and rest – but its roots run deep in modern living, with our constant chase for outcomes and perfection.
Through journaling, sharing & community support, reflecting on yogic wisdom, and sound healing for whole nervous system reset, we create accessible steps to restore our inner balance.

Hui Shan is a sound healer, yoga educator, and meditation guide with 6 years of practice and study in Yoga, Vedantic philosophy, and Sound Healing.
After years of integrating Yoga Philosophy & Psychology into her life, inspired by her teacher Manjeet Mathur based in Bali, she hosts yoga philosophy and shadow work circles, to guide students in releasing fear and obstacles, towards healing and authentic self-expression.
With over 20 years of musical experience, music is her second language, allowing her to intuitively create spaces where sound becomes medicine and where community, voice, and vibration weave into shared healing.
