Men’s & Women’s Team Gathering | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Join us for an evening celebrating our Men’s and Women’s teams with alumni, supporters, and families. This gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect, trade memories, and share in the excitement of our athletic community.

Saturday, February 28, 2025

CRASH Beavs | 9:20 AM – 11:30 AM
CRASH Beavs is a 2000m indoor erg race where each athlete competes in a flight of 8–10 networked machines, so fans can watch the race live. Alumni also have the opportunity to race-either solo or as a relay team-click the CRASH Beavs portion of registration if interested.
Alongside the racing, there is plenty of family fun, including inflatable games and a bounce house for the kids! This is a free sporting event, so bring the whole family.

11:30 a.m. | Event concludes

Spring Launch Dinner | 4:45 PM – 8:15 PM
Celebrate the start of the season with an enjoyable evening featuring dinner, inspiring program updates, and opportunities to connect with fellow supporters and alumni. Enjoy a festive atmosphere as we highlight team goals, recognize achievements, and build excitement for the season ahead.

Note: All donors will be publicly acknowledged unless requested otherwise.

Parking
Free parking is available for on-campus events in the Parking Structure (661 SW 26th St), surrounding lots, or Reser Stadium lot (660 SW 30th St).
