Opening the sacred heart with Cacao, Sufi meditation, mantra and sound bath

Finding inner peace and connection through the sacred heart, with cacao, Sufi meditation, mantra and a sound immersion at the unique afternoin retreat.

You will be warmly welcomed by Sally and I to the beauful, safe and loving space of the Parish Rooms. We come together in circle to enjoy the delicious offering of Cacao. Sally lovingly creates a delicious and nourishing Cacao offering. We will then guide you through a heart opening meditation before standing for the Sufi movement meditation. You will end the retreat settled and relaxed in the comfort of blankets and cushions (please bring your own) as Sally and I create a relaxing sound bath for you.

Our aim is always to offer you the very best of ourselves so you can be the very best of yourself.
Water will be provided but feel to bring your own drinks, snacks and things you need to feel completely relaxed and at ease.
