Dallas Weekly has a long-standing commitment to engaging public servants, policymakers, and candidates in meaningful dialogue. This series creates space for transparency, accountability, and informed discussion—outside of soundbites and headlines.

Our first guest of the year is Damarcus Offord, a Dallas native and candidate for Dallas County Clerk. Offord currently serves as Senior Manager of State Relations at DART, where he works at the intersection of public policy, government relations, and regional infrastructure. Now, he is seeking to continue his public service through elected office.

This conversation will focus on:
