01.03.26 - Soul Sunday London: Healing Trauma — Shifting Perspectives with Charlotte Bamber
Trauma is a natural part of the human experience, yet the way we understand it often shapes how deeply it affects our lives. This session explores how we can shift our perspective of trauma from a purely material lens to a spiritual one - discovering how healing can lead to growth, meaning, and transformation.
Drawing from trauma-informed therapy, Anthroposophy, and Bhakti philosophy, the workshop includes guided reflection and gentle paired sharing in a supportive space. The session concludes with kirtan, sacred mantra chanting with live musicians, offering a meditative practice that helps calm the nervous system and support emotional healing.
08.03.26 - Soul Sundays London: Healing Trauma - Uncovering the Subconscious with Charlotte Bamber
Unprocessed trauma often settles beneath conscious awareness, influencing our emotions, behaviours, relationships, and overall wellbeing. This session explores how subconscious experiences shape our lives and why gently bringing them into awareness is an important step in healing.
Through therapeutic art practices, participants will be guided to explore and uncover subconscious material in a safe and supportive environment, helping bring deeper understanding and compassion to past experiences. The workshop concludes with kirtan, sacred mantra chanting with live musicians, offering a calming meditative practice that supports nervous system regulation and emotional restoration.
15.03.26 - Soul Sundays London: Healing Trauma — Releasing the Body with Charlotte Bamber
Traumatic experiences are often stored within the body, influencing our physical health, emotions, and nervous system. This session focuses on gently releasing held tension and restoring balance through yin yoga, using supported postures to encourage relaxation of the fascia, connective tissue, and energetic pathways, allowing the body to soften and release stored stress.
Open to anyone seeking emotional healing or simple deep rest, this workshop offers a nurturing space to reconnect with the body and unwind from the pressures of everyday life. The session concludes with kirtan, sacred mantra chanting with live musicians, supporting relaxation, nervous system regulation, and inner restoration.
