Participants will begin with a motif creation warm-up, sketching simple motifs by hand and digitizing them to get comfortable with Illustrator. From there, you will dive into building repeat patterns, scaling motifs, and learning the difference between hero and secondary prints. Then explore AI integration, using MidJourney to generate original ideas, textures, and references that complement Illustrator work rather than replace it.
