NUCO Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF)
This 2-day classroom course gives delegates the knowledge and skills to recognise a range of mental health conditions, support conversations and guide individuals to professional help.
The course is suitable for all persons within a workplace but is aimed at those who hold a supervisory/managerial level position and who have responsibility for implementing a positive mental health culture and responsibility for First Aid for Mental Health within an organisation.
On successful completion, you’ll gain the officially recognised FAA Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF).

Suitable for team leaders, managers and anyone overseeing staff welfare who wants to be equipped to provide first aid for mental health in the workplace.

Assessment
Summative practical assessment is ongoing by the instructor each day, along with a written assessment on each day.
Duration: 2 full days.
Certification: A Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health will be issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment.
