NOWHERE: New Year Yoga & Meditation Class with Tea Ceremony

This New Year session is an invitation to reset – physically, mentally, and emotionally –through intentional movement and stillness. The experience begins with a Hatha yoga practice designed to gently awaken the body, followed by a sound bath and extended savasana to ground the mind. We’ll close with a quiet tea session, creating space for reflection and connection before stepping into the year ahead.

This class is open to all genders and all experience levels. Participants are encouraged to wear black as a shared dress code and bring their own yoga mat.

Space is intentionally limited to 30 participants to preserve an intimate, grounded atmosphere.
