Join other writers for a constructive discussion about large fiction projects.

This workshop is for those working on a larger fiction project who are feeling stuck in a particular area or looking for unbiased feedback about a particular section.

Before the workshop, we'll all read ~10 pages of each other's writing. At the beginning of the workshop, each person will give a brief overview of what they're working on and why they selected those 10 pages for review. Then, we'll spend time discussing feedback and reactions to the work, ideally bringing in references to other published works that the author can reference and be inspired by later.

Your ticket includes 10% off of a drink at the bar. After you purchase your ticket, please send your writing sample to info@lizsbookbar.com no later than March 6. Spots are limited. Please only sign up if you feel you will be able to attend and complete the reading ahead of the workshop.

This workshop will be led by Liz's Book Bar owner and novelist, Maura Cheeks.
