Not Loud Concerts Presents…Songs of Love - Gone Wrong!
On Feb. 13, at 7:00, the folks from Not Loud Concerts are presenting a concert for everyone who is a bit sick of Valentine’s Day at Power Plant Coffee in Moss Landing.
The concert will feature no romantic songs, no happy endings and nothing sappy. Instead, the show will be all about songs that take an unvarnished look at love. There will be blues songs where no one escapes unscathed, rock songs that don’t end with a kiss and even a bluegrass murder ballad or two.
At the show, the world travelling band Dirty Cello will rock their way through a one hour program with their signature high energy and irreverent style. With powerful singing and lightning fast instrumentals, the program will even include their relationship song, “I May Not Be Perfect, But I’m Pretty Damn Good.”
Not Loud Concerts focus on creating an experience that is casual and fun for both the musicians and the audience. The concerts are never too long, never too expensive and of course never too loud. Seating is limited so grab tickets early.
What are Not Loud Concerts?
Not Loud Concerts was inspired by numerous jokes on the internet about wanting to go see a concert that was, “Not too loud, not too late, not too long and not too expensive.”
With this idea in mind, Not Loud Concerts was created to showcase music based on the following principles:

What to expect:
At a Not Loud Concert the band will perform for around an hour with no intermission. The concerts will feature outstanding musicians performing in a lightly amplified manner with primarily acoustic instruments. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.
