Join us in-studio or from the comfort of your own home for a New Year's Day celebration of intention setting and awareness in a nourishing practice for all.

Musicians Jenny and Mark Roberston-Tessi will provide live music of the harp, guitar, mandolin, sound bowls, Koshi chimes, gong, drums, handpan drum, Native American flute, monolina, and more!

While yoga and meditation teacher Willow Marcotte guides mindful movement, ritual, reflection, and meditation practices.
Blending live music with your New Year's intentions will be a powerful and healing way to start 2026.The celebration will end with a harmonious sound bath.Explore your gifts and make space for clarity to cultivate and sow your truth and authenticity in the new year.Please bring a journal or paper and a pen.
