
Join us for a soothing and healing session of deep rest and recalibration. This practice begins with gentle guided breathwork to calm the nervous system, and ready the mind and body for deeper states of rest, before flowing into mantra chanting to vibrate sacred vibrational frequencies within the physical and subtle body.
You will be guided through a Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) meditation, accompanied by therapeutic sounds of tibetan singing bowls, handpan, rav drum, and more. All sounds are intentionally chosen and catered for the participants who are present in the session by your sound meditation guide, Gayle Nerva.
