
This workshop is open to all in Farnham and the surrounding area and offers a chance to step away from the everyday and embrace the possibilities of new beginnings in the new year. It’s a space to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself. During the workshop, we will explore gentle movement, stillness and mindful reflection as a way to reset and refresh. Whether you’re new to this kind of practice or returning, all are welcome.
The workshop is for those looking to slow down, tune into their body and mind, and set mindful intentions for the year ahead.
Through nourishing and restorative movement, we’ll explore the rich world of embodiment, leaving you rebalanced, revitalised and ready to step into the new year with clarity.
THE WORKSHOP WILL INCLUDE:
*What to bring: Yoga mat*
Optional: Blanket, pillow, warm socks and yoga block
Eva Donovska (Eva Donovska | The Eaves Counselling and Psychology) is a Person Centred Experiential Yoga teacher and counsellor at The Eaves interweaving presence, mindfulness, compassion and wellbeing themes throughout her offerings.
