Networking with Presence and Confidence Workshop, Windsor, 27th Feb 2026

This session is for Small Business Owners who would like to feel more confident during a Business Networking meeting. The session will be relaxed and friendly and a chance to upskill so you can be in a networking environment with presence, feeling confident.

During the session you;

• Learn how to enter a Business Networking event feeling more confident and less worried!
• Gain tips and tricks that will help make talking 1:1 to individuals or small groups at a networking event feel easier.
• Write your elevator pitch during the session and practise it in a safe environment with support and encouragement.
• Discover how to become a guest speaker at a networking event and speak with more confidence and not fear.

About your trainer;

Shona Frost has hosted Berkshire Mummies Business Networking events since March 2022 with Networking and Public Speaking being key skills in this role. Shona has grown a large network through relationship building and communication skills. Shona's Public Speaking career started at the age of 18 when she presented science shows to audience of 100, four times a day whilst working as a Science and Discovery Centre presenter. Shona also did a stint of training with Toastmaster International, learning Public Speaking Skills. Shona has seen first hand the benefits of Networking and is keen to help others feel confident when business Networking.
