‘Neighbourhood Breakfast’ with The Castle School & Connect Somerset

‘Great schools are necessary but not sufficient’

Building on the first ‘Neighbourhood Breakfast’ in October 2025, The Castle School is embarking on the Cradle to Career model (Cradle-to-Career Partnership) and seeking to work in partnership with education, health, social care, the voluntary sector and beyond.

Purpose

• To build strong lasting relationships with schools, health, social care and the voluntary sector, to learn more about each other sectors and understand what is already on offer.
• To identify and understand the challenges our community faces.
• To create a steering group that will develop a strategic plan for West Taunton and beyond.
