Park via roundabout carpark and enter through the main reception area.

For sellers

Our seller registration fee is £5 and includes 100 labels.

When you are allocated a seller place we will email with a link to our new barcode label system, a quick and easy system that will help you create your labels which you will then be able to download and attach to your items.*

You will need to drop your labelled items to us at the Cottesloe School on Friday 6th March between 6.00 - 8.00 p.m. and pick up unsold items between 5.15 - 5.45 on Saturday 7th March after the sale. Unfortunately we are not able to donate unsold items and do not have capacity to store these.

We ask for all sellers to try their best to commit to helping for the last helper shift so that we have all hands on deck to sort unsold items quickly.

NCT takes 40% commission on all sold items. However if you sign up to help this can be reduced to 20%.

For Volunteers

If you are a seller, commission is reduced by 5% for each helper shift you sign up for (Max 4). So by helping at the sale you can increase your takings by 20%, as well as having a fun day supporting the work of NCT.

Slot 1: Friday night set up 6.00p.m - 8.00 p.m

Slot 2: Saturday morning set up 8.30am-10.30am

Slot 3: Sale 11.30am-1pm

Slot 4: Tidy up 12.30pm-2.30pm (Compulsory for sellers)
