Join a FREE Resilience in Nature Walk on 20th March in Victoria Park. A guided walk to connect with nature, reflect & build resilience.

I’m delighted to be contributing a two-hour Nature Walk in beautiful Victoria park, East London.

My name is Karen, and you can learn more about me here.

Join the Global Resilience in Nature Walk on 20th 2026. It’s a powerful, free experience that cultivates your resilience and connection to nature.

This free event is open to everyone who cares about our planet and wants to reflect on how nature’s qualities—like resilience, adaptability, and simplicity—can inspire daily life and work.

The walk will start outside the Pavilion Cafe in the park and from there we’ll be meandering at a medium pace across the park and walking directly on the land. Victoria park offers a wide range of trees, a beautiful English garden and wide open spaces.

The walk will go ahead in any weather as it’s all about the clothing!

Wear sturdy shoes that can get muddy and warm layers.

The nearest tube station is Mile End on the Central, District and Hammersmith & City line.

From there it’s a 10-15 minute walk.

The postcode of our meeting point is E9 7DE (Pavilion Cafe).

I’m very much looking forward to walking with you!

This walk is an initiative of the European Climate Pact and the Inner Green Deal.

The European Climate Pact is a movement of people united around a common cause, each taking steps in their own worlds to build a more sustainable Europe.

The Inner Green Deal is a mission-driven non-profit based in Cologne and Brussels, serving a growing movement of people and organisations initiating sustainability and change from within.
