A sacred space rooted in the ancient Circle Tradition, where women come together to reflect, restore, and reconnect through shared stories.

MySista Circle

A sacred space for Black women to heal, connect, and thrive together.

The world feels heavy—politically, socially, spiritually. For over 20 years, I’ve trained leaders and advised executives on workplace culture. But lately, I’ve been asking myself: What can I do to make a difference in my own community?

That’s why I created MySista Circle—a healing space for Black women of all ages to uplift one another, share our stories, and stand in our collective power.

We also welcome women who are committed allies—those who understand that this space centers the lived experiences of Black women, and who come with humility, respect, and a willingness to listen, learn, and grow in community.

I challenge you to take your seat in the Circle.

💜 What to Expect (and Why It Matters):

📖 We open with a reading or poem to ground us.
Grounding rituals reduce anxiety and bring us into the present.

🖊️ We journal and reflect on what’s real—what’s rising.
Journaling reduces stress and boosts emotional clarity.

💬 We speak the truth about what we’re facing.
Storytelling builds connection and healing through shared truth.

🧠 We share how we’ve survived—and how we’re still rising.
Shared wisdom strengthens resilience and hope.

🙏 We close by asking for what we need.
Asking activates hope—and often the answer is already in the room.

Whether it’s a thought partner, a resource, or someone who truly sees you—you won’t leave empty-handed.

💸 Investment in Yourself: $29

This Circle is held with care, time, and intention.
Your $29 investment helps sustain it—and reminds us all to show up with purpose.

Need flexibility? Choose “Pay What You Can.”
No barriers. No judgment. Just come as you are.

📅 Schedule: 🟣 In-Person (Nashville):
Selected Saturdays
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM CST

Bring your journal.
Bring your truth.
Leave lighter, wiser, and ready to rise.
