MOVING MARKS- somatic visual art workshop
Ready for more creativity, embodiment and play? Moving Marks is a unique blend of experimental movement, somatics and visual art techniques like mark making, drawing and painting, all explored on a large scale canvas to let our expression flow. Through this guided experience using somatic and visual tools, we teach the body to open to creativity, intuition, play, explore emotions and storytelling through embodied drawing while co-creating with other likeminded humans. It is a visual mindfulness class to quiet the mind and bring more attention to the things inside of us, we can't express with words. All tools are provided and no previous experience necessary. The class includes gentle movement, and participants are encouraged to be barefoot. See you on the Canvas!
