
Morning Rituals are officially in session. Every Friday at 8 AM, guests and neighbors gather on the Pool Lawn for a guided wellness experience — from sound baths to mindful movement. One hour to reset before the day begins.
Your ticket includes a spot on the mat, a coffee or tea and a pastry of your choice, redeemable at Café Standard after class. Breakfast and balance, all in one.

In this guided class, we’ll explore the traditional Surya Namaskar sequence—a rhythmic flow of postures synchronized with breath that builds strength, flexibility & inner balance.
Basics / Foundations
In a safe environment, you’ll learn essential poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) & simple mindfulness practices that build strength, flexibility, also importantly on balance.
