Moon Yoga

A unique class held in the welcoming Mind's Eye Community Room that combines astrology with intention setting and gentle vinyasa flow. Suitable for all levels, this class provides a holistic approach to wellness and self-care. Session includes an overview of current astrology, gentle vinyasa flow, intention setting or release, guided meditation, and closing discussion.

Mats, blocks, and blankets are available for use. Connect with yourself and the stars in this transformative experience.

Mind's Eye's entry faces North, toward Round Rock Donuts and Kawaii's shaved ice. Street parking is available along with a free public lot. Second floor entry off of the alley.
