A monthly community yoga & Tibetan bowls class to reset your body and mind.

At the end of each month, we gather for a special community yoga session – a chance to move, breathe, and rest together. 🌿

This 75-minute practice combines:

🧘 Yoga flow – mindful movement to release tension & welcome fresh energy

🌸 Gentle stretches & unwinding – floor-based poses to calm body and mind

🎶 Tibetan bowls sound journey – soothing vibrations to deepen relaxation

🛏 Closing savasana – extended rest to integrate the practice fully
