Monthly Arts Therapy Circle
You are warmly invited to our monthly arts therapy group designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others through creative expression, mindful art making and shared reflection. This group offers a calm, supportive environment where art becomes a language for emotions that are sometimes hard to put into words.
Each monthly session draws from a thoughtfully developed art therapy framework that integrates emotional awareness, self-expression and personal insight. No artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.
February Circle: Somatic Exploration of Emotions in the Body
We will begin the circle with a guided meditation to explore different sensations in our body. You will be supported to create images to express these sensations using a variety of art materials (pastels, ink, gouche, etc. ) in abstract and symbolic form. We will end the circle with an invitation to share and reflect on your art work with the group.
