You are warmly invited to a monthly art therapy group designed to help you reconnect with yourself and others through creative expression, mindful art making and shared reflection. This group offers a calm, supportive environment where art becomes a language for emotions that are sometimes hard to put into words.
Each monthly session draws from a thoughtfully developed art therapy framework that integrates emotional awareness, self-expression and personal insight. No artistic experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Facilitated With Care
Hosted by Emily (she/them) (PGDip, BA, Msc) an Honorary Art Psychotherapist with experience working in the NHS and non-profits, working predominantly with people from the Global Majority, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergent individuals, with 8 years of experience running therapeutic art groups. Offering a warm, grounded presence and clear structure, ensuring a warm and nurturing group experience.
