
Set beneath overhanging beech trees and within our lantern-filled shelter, this is an evening designed to be enjoyed slowly. As the light fades, guests are invited to relax, talk, and settle into the rhythm of the night, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the woods.
The experience is offered as a set menu per person, carefully composed and refined over time. The evening begins with a shared, seasonal shōjin ryōri–inspired starter, followed by your choice of main course, selected at the time of booking:
A) Sirloin gyukatsu with three salts
B) Seafood tempura (gluten-free)
C) Seasonal vegetable tempura (vegan & gluten-free)
All mains are served with Japanese rice, finely shredded cabbage and seasonal tsukemono pickles, enjoyed as palate cleansers. Dessert follows, with complimentary hot green tea served and topped up throughout the evening.
This is a BYOB event. Guests are welcome to bring wine, beer or soft drinks of their choice. Still water is provided on each table, with glassware available on request.
Miniyaki’s Woodland Dining is a ticketed event with limited capacity. Menu choices are selected at the time of booking and cannot be changed on the night.
