Midweek yoga to sweat a little, breathe a lot, and leave feeling like a new human.

Midweek Reset: Vinyasa Yoga Flow (All Levels Welcome)

Take a pause in the middle of your week to reconnect, reset, and move your body with intention. This Wednesday yoga class offered by Jessica Riggin is a thoughtfully guided vinyasa flow designed to help you release stress, build strength, and come back home to yourself.

We begin by gently warming the muscles and tissues before building internal heat at a slightly faster pace with standing postures, then wind down on the mat with grounding stretches and rest. Expect a balance of breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness—supportive for all levels, with options to challenge yourself or soften where needed.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and feel good in your body. You’ll leave feeling more centered, relaxed, and deeply connected — both within yourself and to the shared energy of community.

Come exactly as you are. Bring a mat, wear comfortable clothes, and leave feeling grounded, energized, and a little more you.

Meet Jessica Riggin:
Jessica began her yoga journey in Buffalo, NY first stepping on the mat over a decade ago. After her first class Jessica was hooked and what started as a way to explore something new, quickly became a transformative, lifelong practice. For a decade, Jessica nurtured her personal practice, discovering its profound impact on physical, emotional, and mental well being. In 2024 Jessica earned her 200 RYT through Chakra Flow University.

Driven by a desire to share these tools with others, Jessica has taught all over Charlotte including her home studio, Sweet Peace Yoga, and is continuing her education with an additional 300 RYT through Chakra Flow University. As a yoga teacher, life coach, and author of I Have to Poop, But There's a Boy in My Bed, her mission is to inspire others to have fun, tap into their inner strength, and embrace the balance, peace, and vitality that yoga offers.
