North Staffs Mind is excited to welcome you back to our festive Mental Elf 5K Fun Run – the perfect way to kick off the Christmas season while raising vital funds and awareness for mental health in Staffordshire and Cheshire.

🏃‍♀️ Walk, jog or run your way around the scenic 5km route at Trentham Gardens, dressed in your most festive gear – elves, Santas, reindeer, all welcome! This event is open to all ages and abilities (please note: children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult).

✨ Whether you're a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll with the family, every step helps support the work of North Staffs and Cheshire Mind, your local mental health charity supporting over 12,000 people across Staffordshire and Cheshire every year.
