Mission Statement
The Men’s Wellness Circle provides an opportunity to support male community building through yogic and social emotional circle practices. By integrating aspects of breathwork, circle sharing and meditative protocols, men in the circle can develop tools to support their personal healing and positive emotional regulation. This group is welcome to all men whether you’re cis gender or gender nonconforming.

Purpose of the Workshops
These workshops will serve as an introduction to breathwork ( box breath, ocean breathing), restorative poses (heart openers) and community circle sharing. The intention is not to replace therapy or professional psychological services, but rather support men (and those who identify as a man) as they develop personal strategies to deal with the everyday stresses of life.
