During this 2-hour hands-on experience, you’ll learn to craft a selection of vibrant small plates inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine.
Enjoy a live chef demo and guided instruction, followed by two interactive cooking segments where you’ll prep, learn new skills, get creative in the kitchen, and plate your own delicious dishes. Throughout the evening, enjoy complimentary wine to pair with each flavor profile, with a cash bar also available for additional beverages.
At the end of class, gather for a tasting, savoring your creations and sharing in the Mediterranean spirit. Each guest will also enjoy a dessert and receive a special take-home gift to continue the experience in their own kitchen.
