
In 2026, Eat Momo will be kicking off their monthly series of momo-making masterclasses, Master The Momo. Based in Borough Yards, Eat Momo is known for the handmade steamed dumplings whilst also championing Nepali home comforts such as the Aalu ko Achar and Nepali milk tea.
Throughout the year Eat momo will host a series of hands-on masterclasses. Led by Eat Momo’s expert momo makers, guests will be guided through the process of mixing, kneading and rolling the dough. They will then demonstrate the process of folding and plaiting the dough to form their beautifully crafted momo encasing a chicken or vegetable filling whilst guests can sip on a MOTH cocktail, Nepali Gurkha beer or a zero proof pour.
