Biodanza - The Dance of Life!

Hi, I'm Suzy, specialist in Joy and Connection.

I host different types of events that give you space to connect to yourself, your joy and others. Laughter Yoga, Singalong screenings of Musicals, and Dance!

This is a Biodanza session at the Rose Hill Community Centre where we will explore the beauty of the dance of life!

Beginners are very welcome indeed.

For me, Biodanza is a space to let go, expand, express, connect with others and my purpose.

No dance experience required, no steps to learn, nothing to get right, just bring your open heart and a willingness to let loose.

I'll guide you, accompanied by an eclectic mix of music on a fabulous journey of heart-opening movement.

We usually gather in the cafe afterwards, but this venue doesn't have a cafe, so you are invited to bring food to share, so we can stay together a little longer, eat and drink together.
