
Join us for a feel-good yoga afternoon, kindly sponsored by The Women’s Gym, Total Fitness.
The day will start with a 1-hour guided yoga session that is suitable for all levels. We will be focusing on gentle movement, stretching, and mindful breathing to help you unwind and reset.
After the session, stay and mingle with the group while enjoying a refreshing juice. This relaxed social time is all about connecting with the gals in a welcoming, supportive space.
Plus, all attendees will receive a lovely goodie bag to take home!

What to bring?
Mats and equiptment will be provided, all you need to bring is yourself!
We reccomend wearing comfortable clothing, leggings or joggers, sports bra and socks.
