Managing Anxiety & Stress During Winter Using Art as Therapy.
As the winter season settles in, join us for a restorative session designed to help you recognise, release, and reframe stress before it turns into anxiety. In a warm and welcoming communal space, Rachel will guide you through gentle practices and creative expression to support your emotional wellbeing.
What You’ll Experience:
• Learn how to identify stress signals in the body and mind.
• Practice muscle relaxation and colour breathing to ease physical tension and restore calm.
• Explore techniques to reframe negative thoughts and reset personal boundaries with compassion.
• Discover grounding strategies to help you respond to emotional triggers with clarity and confidence.
• Engage in art as therapy by creating your own stress management jar—a sensory toolkit filled with scent, collage, and handwritten affirmations to support you through challenging moments.
This session is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling empowered, soothed, and ready to embrace the season with resilience
