
Course Description:
This 5-week cookery course is designed specifically for men who want to learn to cook delicious and healthy food. The course aims to promote self-sufficiency, improve nutrition, and foster a sense of well-being through cooking. Participants will learn practical cooking skills, enjoy nutritious and simple recipes, and develop the confidence to prepare meals that are both healthy and enjoyable.

Target Audience:
This course is for men of any age who may be facing life changes such as bereavement, living alone, or experiencing social isolation. It is suitable for beginners with little to no cooking experience or those looking to refresh their skills in the kitchen.
Course Benefits:
By the end of the course, participants will have gained practical cooking knowledge, a greater sense of independence, and the tools to incorporate cooking into their daily lives for better health and emotional wellbeing.
The sessions are hands-on with expert tuition.
