Ilana, our hypnobirthing coach, will introduce the foundations of hypnobirthing and share how it can gently transform your birth preparation, helping you feel calm, confident and connected.
We’ll then ease into a soft prenatal yoga practice, inviting your body to stretch, breathe and settle with comfort. Throughout the practice, you'll be held by calming scent, natural textured mats, blankets and bolsters, each element chosen to help you feel deeply restored and rested.
To close, Ilana will guide you through a peaceful visualisation meditation, followed by light bites, nourishing drinks and a warm chance to connect with other expectant mamas.
